Jason Manningham is CEO of Blockgraph, where he leads the company's work with advertisers, media companies, and technology partners to bring TV advertising the same accuracy and accountability marketers expect from digital mediums, while maintaining user privacy. Under his leadership, Blockgraph turns first-party data and local context into precise household audiences, so businesses can plan, activate, and measure campaigns around what actually drives results.
In 2025, Jason introduced Instant Audiences, the company's AI-powered tool for turning proximity and neighborhood context into activation-ready audiences in minutes. In 2024, he launched Blockgraph OnDemand, a self-serve platform designed to democratize TV advertising, making data-driven targeting and measurement accessible to local businesses without big budgets or technical resources. Jason is committed to making real-world, data-driven TV advertising accessible to businesses of every size.
Jason founded Blockgraph in 2020, building it from an industry initiative led by Comcast Advertising into an independent company jointly owned by Comcast NBCUniversal, Charter Communications, and Paramount. Before founding Blockgraph, he held strategy and operations positions at FreeWheel (a Comcast Company), AOL, and Viacom Media Networks. He started his career at Accenture as a management consultant.
Jason lives in Brooklyn with his wife, their son, and dog, Jasper. When he's not working on what's next for TV advertising, you can find him chasing his son around Prospect Park. He's often out exploring New York City, neighborhood by neighborhood, discovering the local businesses that give each one its character. He also coaches and plays basketball, and enjoys hiking on the weekends.
Jason holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
